Studio Policies
Drop off/ Pick up
Parents are welcome to just drop your student(s) off at the scheduled class time. Please do not pick up your student(s) early without calling/texting ahead of time. We will be taking the last 5-10 minutes of class to clean up. When picking up please your student(s), remind your student(s) to clean up their space before they leave. If students have cleaned up their spaces, we see your car and we will send them out to you.
Payment
Workshop fees are due by your students' scheduled class time. Cozy Cactus Art Studio accepts Cash, Check, Venmo @CozyCactusArtStudio, and Class Wallet.
Student Behavior
We ask all students to be respectful to their instructor and classmates. Be kind and boost each other. Please do not compare artwork. Everyone is unique and what they create is also unique. Let’s be positive and lift each other.
Shared Studio Supplies
All students will be sharing the studio supplies. We ask that students are respectful and use the supplies as instructed. We would like to keep our supplies nice so we all can enjoy using them. We are more than happy to give you the supply list so you can purchase your own supplies for home use.
Missed Classes
Missed classes are non-refundable. If starting the session late, we will prorate your cost for the number of lessons missed prior to registration. If you register for a class/workshop and are a "no show" for a workshop you will be billed for your spot. We are a small business with limited seats. Taking up spots and not showing really affects us. Please be courteous.
Cancellation
We will do our best to work with your individual situation. If you register for a class and then wish to cancel before the class session begins, we will refund you or transfer your registration to another class. If the class session has already begun we cannot refund you, however we can apply your registration to another class.
Referral Discount
If you love the art classes please share with our friends, neighbors, and family. We offer a referral discount of one class day free of any class taught, when a new student registers for a class and they mention your name. We thrive on referrals so keep them coming.
Student Artwork
Students will take their art work home at the end of their session. On occasion their artwork may be too wet to transport. If this happens parents are welcome to pick it up at a later date. Please call ahead for picking up artwork. Sometimes our projects take multiple weeks to complete. We don’t like to rush our artists. Students will bring their project home when it is finished.
Privacy Policy
Cozy Cactus Art Studio collects limited student and parent/guardian information for enrollment, communication, and student safety purposes only. With parent/guardian permission, photos, videos, and student artwork may be used for studio displays, social media, or other marketing materials without including full student names. Personal information is never sold or shared with third parties, except when required by law or to protect student safety. Parents or guardians may review, update, or withdraw consent at any time by contacting Cozy Cactus Art Studio.

Purpose
Cozy Cactus Art Studio occasionally photographs, videos, and displays student artwork to celebrate student creativity and to promote our programs. This policy explains how images and artwork may be used and requests parental/guardian permission.
Media Covered
With your permission, the following may be used:

Your child’s first name, age, or grade level (no last names will be used)
Permitted Uses

Media may be edited for clarity or layout but will not be altered in a way that misrepresents your child or their artwork.

Voluntary Participation
Granting permission is completely voluntary. Declining consent will not affect your child’s participation in any programs or activities.
No Compensation
You understand that neither you nor your child will receive compensation for the use of images or artwork.
Right to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw consent at any time by submitting a written request to:
